Infrared Transmission System

Infrared transmission reaction system is mainly used to study the infrared spectrum characteristics of samples at different temperatures and gas environments. The product is mainly composed of reaction tank, gas mixing control system and temperature control system. The main body of the reaction tank is made of 316L stainless steel and equipped with infrared windows. The gas mixing control system accurately controls the gas flow of each channel through the mass flowmeter and realizes mixing. The temperature control system controls the temperature of the gas channel, the gas mixing tank and the reaction tank through various sensors.

Product introduction

Infrared transmission reaction system is mainly used to study the infrared spectrum characteristics of samples at different temperatures and gas environments. The product is mainly composed of reaction tank, gas mixing control system and temperature control system. The main body of the reaction tank is made of 316L stainless steel and equipped with infrared windows. The gas mixing control system accurately controls the gas flow of each channel through the mass flowmeter and realizes mixing. The temperature control system controls the temperature of the gas channel, the gas mixing tank and the reaction tank through various sensors.

●The product has three-stage heating and four-way temperature display, which can understand the temperature of each position in real time, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.1 °C;

●2~4 gas distribution channels are provided as standard, and the number of gas channels can be customized;

●The maximum temperature tolerance of the reaction tank is 300 °C;

●The main body of the reaction tank is designed with double jacket to ensure the thermal insulation and safety of the experiment.
