XRD Low Temperature Field Reaction Cell
Product introduction
Low-temperature XRD reaction cell is mainly used to study the structural evolution of materials under variable temperature (low temperature) environment.
Product parameters and characteristics:
●Modular design, no liquid nitrogen is required during temperature change, the whole sample cell is small, and the sample cell can be integrated with the laboratory light source and used on the synchrotron radiation diffraction station;
●Polyimide film is used as a protective film to isolate the air and avoid freezing of the sample during the test;
●Five stage ceramic Peltier refrigeration without liquid nitrogen is adopted, and liquid nitrogen is not required in the process of use;
●Temperature range: -53℃ ~ room temperature;
●Cold end size: Φ15 mm
