Intrinsically Safe Spark Test System
The system meets the intrinsic safety and explosion-proof standards of IEC 60079-11:2011. It adopts advanced configuration monitoring and process control technologies to perform fully automated testing of the intrinsic safety performance of intrinsically safe circuits in explosion-proof electrical equipment for mining and industrial applications. Each test process features real-time gas mixing and displays gas concentration dynamically.
System Components
The control panel consists of digital displays, an LCD screen, buttons, selector switches, and indicator lights. Internally, the system integrates an industrial computer, PLC, flow controllers, voltage/current detectors, calibration selectors, AC servo motors and controllers, vacuum pumps, precision inductance boxes, solenoid valves, precision DC power supplies, switching power supplies, and low-voltage electrical components. No external gas mixing unit is required; on-site auxiliary equipment includes gas tanks (methane, propane, ethylene, hydrogen, oxygen, and air).
