The ACG-10N series freeze drying machine has a compact structure, which can effectively save valuable laboratory space. Adopting advanced compressors with powerful functions, it can provide a highly automated high-quality freeze-drying environment (Usually no-load -56 ℃, optional -80 ℃, 3kg), making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized laboratories to complete small batch and multi variety material freeze-drying.

Vacuum freeze drying technology, also known as freeze-drying technology in China. It refers to the process in which solid materials are directly sublimated into gas without undergoing liquid phase drying under vacuum conditions. During the freeze-drying process, the solvent directly sublimates from solid to gaseous, as the solid component is supported by a hard solid solvent at its position. When sublimation occurs in a solid solvent, pores are left in the dry residue, thus not damaging the original chemical structure and morphology of the solute. Moreover, bioactive materials can still restore their conformation and biological functions before freeze-drying after re-dissolution. Therefore, freeze-drying technology is considered as a drying method that has the least impact on the properties of the dried substance and is the safest.
