ACG-S212-1L Glass Jacket Reactor
This machine is equipped with an electric constant speed mixing system, condensing and dripping systems, and a circulating equipment for external heating or cooling is required for the interlayer of the reactor body. While stirring the materials, inject circulating hot solution or coolant through the interlayer to heat or cool the materials in the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material undergoes heating reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid through the glass condensation coil (cooling device needs to be connected), which can reflux into the kettle or be recovered through the valve at the lower part of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the pot.
This series of products requires a matching vacuum device, high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device, etc. to form a system device.
