This product integrates the reactor, heating furnace and intelligent control system. It adopts an independently developed temperature control strategy, ensuring a high heating rate with no excessive temperature rise. In addition, it can realize remote control through the mobile phone APP under unattended operation.

⚫ Reactor
The quick-opening mechanical stirring reactor adopts dual calipers, a tenon-groove sealing structure, an enhanced PTFE sealing element at a temperature below 300 ℃, and flexible graphite sealing element at a temperature above 300 ℃. The integrated main structure with non-welding structure is used, which is safe and reliable. All the core accessories are imported products of well-known brands
· The mechanical stirring component adopts the high-torque magnetic coupling stirring driver independently developed by Kemi. The full static sealing structure is adopted, free from leakage caused by the kinematical sealing. The stirring driver supports long-term operation under the pressure of 345 bar (5,000 psi)
⚫ Intelligent control system
Comprehensive safety protection: over-temperature and over-pressure alarm prompts and power-off protection during the reaction; power-off protection of the heating furnace under over-temperature, avoiding empty furnace heating
Portable: ① One-button start of the system: input the target temperature, heat preservation time, and motor rotation speed to start the system and quickly heat up by pressing the button; ② Manual multi-stage temperature rise: based on the traditional multi-stage temperature control procedure, it meets the customers' multi-stage temperature control requirements; ③ Other key functions: the temperature and pressure historical data and curve can be viewed in real-time; the historical data can be recorded entirely and exported through the USB interface with a USB flash disk
Accurate: The self-developed temperature control strategy with high-temperature control accuracy and faster heating rate is used
Stability and reliability design: The overall control system uses hardware of internationally well-known brands, such as Siemens PLC and Schneider relay
