SLS-100S LED Solar Light Source Simulator
SLS-100S is an ideal solar light source simulator for scientific research, which uses LEDs covering wavelengths of 350nm~1100nm as the light source. After spectral fitting, mixing, and homogenization, it forms a solar simulator that meets 3A+requirements.
The full name of LED is light emitting diode, which is a semiconductor device that can emit light when current flows through it. 2.A+ Spectrum:According to IEC60904-9-2020 standard, the spectral range of A+ is 0.875~1.125, and the actual measured data of LS-LED series products is 0.964~1.02, which is much higher than the A+ standard;
3.Stable spectrum:The LED output spectrum is not only related to the characteristics of the device itself, but also related to the operating current and temperature. In the design process from the LED chip package to the whole machine structure, how to achieve efficient heat dissipation is the primary consideration, and the excellent high-precision constant current source is adjusted to fundamentally ensure the stable work of the LED, making each segment of the LED output spectrum very stable;
4.Spectral adjustable:The IEC 60904-9 standard divides the solar spectrum into 6 spectral segments. According to the standard, the LS-LED series solar simulator can realize the independent control of 6 spectral segments, which can effectively play a role in the test of multi-segment solar cells such as perovskite laminated solar cells IV;
5.Built-in light intensity feedback system:Built-in light intensity feedback system, real-time monitoring of irradiation intensity, using software algorithms to dynamically adjust the irradiation intensity, long-term irradiation instability is less than 0.7%;
6.Continuous adjustment of light intensity:Each group of LED lamp beads adopts independent constant current source control, and the light intensity can be adjusted by adjusting the current intensity as a whole;Continuous power adjustment in the range of 100 to 1100 W/m2 at a minimum of 1%.
