Roll crusher smash materials by two pairs of opposite moving roller. Materials enter to crushing chamber from feed, By friction of the opposite moving roller, materials will be crushed roughly, the first time crushed material will enter below to the chamber of another two moving roller, and to crush again. the smallest cleft of the two rollers is the width of discharge gate, which is equal to the largest feed size of the crushed materials. If material is too hard to crush, cleft between two rollers will be increase, to let hard material discharge, by the function of spring, rollers will be recovered to the normal cleft, to protect machine.
