Product introduction
1500 Single temperature zone tube furnace using silicon carbon rod as heating element, rated temperature 1500℃, the highest temperature up to 1450℃. Using Yu electronic temperature meter and S-type thermocouple, programmable 30 segment program temperature control, temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The equipment includes a set of 316L stainless steel quick-opening flange and double-ring sealing technology, which can be used in CVD experiment, phosphor preparation, material sintering under vacuum or atmosphere, substrate coating and other experimental environments.
