Induction heaters mainly consist of inverters, resonant units, transformers, and inductors. The inverter is an AC-DC-AC converter that converts power frequency AC energy into high-frequency, ultra high frequency electrical energy ranging from thousands to hundreds of KHz. One end of the resonant unit and transformer is connected to an inverter, and the other end is connected to an inductor to convert the high voltage into an isolated low voltage and perform impedance matching. When heating, a strong high-frequency and ultrasonic current flows through the sensor, generating induced current inside the conductor, which quickly heats the conductor. The resonant frequency of the Ancourage induction heater varies depending on the heated object and process, generally ranging from 1000 to tens of KHz, which is most commonly used.
