⚫ Reactor design

The quick-opening magnetic stirring reactor adopts dual calipers, a tenon-groove sealing structure, and an enhanced PTFE sealing gasket below 300 ℃. An integrated main structure with non-welding structure is used, which is safe and reliable. All the core accessories are imported products of well-known brands. The brushless DC motor and high magnetic magnet are used, offering a high stirring torque. The full static sealing structure is adopted, free from leakage caused by the kinematical sealing. The operating pressure of the reactor can be designed as required by the customers, supporting long-term operation under the pressure of up to 345 bar (5,000 psi)

Functions of over-temperature and over-pressure alarm prompt and power-off protection are provided during the reaction

⚫ Portable · One-button start of the system: input the target temperature, heat preservation time, and motor rotation speed to start the system and quickly heat up by pressing the button · Manual multi-stage temperature rise: based on the traditional multi-stage temperature control procedure, it meets the customers' multi-stage temperature control requirements · Other key functions: the temperature and pressure historical data and curve can be viewed in real-time; the historical data can be recorded entirely and exported through the USB interface with a USB flash disk

Besides, the remote power-off function is offered to protect the equipment remotely
