Desktop Box Furnace
The desktop box furnace is integrated with intelligent temperature control system. Adopting three-side heating design, the heating elements are distributed at the left, right and top to provide higher heating rate and uniform temperature. Digital display instrument with a higher temperature control precision is adopted to reduce manual operation errors and improve working efficiency. Besides, the equipment is also provided with emergency stop button and over-temperature alarm function to improve the safety of the equipment.

⚫ The insulation materials are inorganic alumina fibers subject to vacuum forming for environmental protection and energy saving
⚫ Fuzzy PID control with is adopted to realize a temperature control precision of ±1 ℃
⚫ The body adopts double-layer air cooling structure. When the furnace is heated to the maximum temperature, the surface temperature of the shell is lower than 60 ℃
⚫ Multiple insulation materials are adopted to realize smaller volume and less energy consumption of the furnace (the power consumption of the furnace is only one fourth of that of similar products)
